QUESTION:
A Dog Whisperer Episode that never aired...mad at nat geo...our dog needs serious help!?
I was wondering if anyone saw what my wife and I saw. Two Fridays ago at around 8pm EST we saw on nat geo an advertisement for the next dog whisperer episode. It showed a dog that was fearful of all sounds that went into hiding with tail between his legs and was not food motivated. Cesar looks up at the camera and says, "This is tough a dog that is not food motivated that's a new one.." (paraphrased). This episode did not air. Then Wednesday we saw it again and it said, "Friday at 9pm" and it showed the same commercial. I wish I had DVR. Lastly this past Friday I saw the same thing. It never aired. What gives? I went to his website and the nat geo website that episode is no where not even in the upcoming episodes through April 9. Why would nat geo do that? My wife and I really wanted to see it because that's our dog's problem. I've been watching the dog whisperer for years. I've yet to see an episode with a fearful dog that fear bites, barks and all noises, runs away, and is not food motivated. To add to it I've yet to see that behavior coupled with a dog that poops on his own bed in his crate. Here begins the story of Jack, our 11month old miniature schnauzer. Our dog is Jack and here is our problem: Our dog Winston was killed by a plow truck this past winter. He was everything to my wife and I. He was only 6 months old but amazingly smart. He had a playmate in California when we lived there that would come over with his trainer, Tiffanie. (We live in Maryland now). Tiffanie raised Jack from birth with his mom, Xera, and uncle, Barkley. Jack & Winston used to go at it for hours. Jack was smaller than Winston, but slightly older. He and his litter mates all had parvo. Jack was the only survivor, which may explain his small stature. He was born April 1, 2009. He is now 11 months old. The day after Winston died, Tiffanie called from California telling us she couldn't find a good home for Jack and that he had suffered abuse by her roommate's son (in his 20s) and by the 3 year old next door that didn't know any better. She gave Jack to us as a gift. I loved Jack and was very happy to have him. So a friend of ours flew him out here on board with him.
The Jack I remember no longer exists. His spirit is completely broken. He approaches people with tail between legs, butt down and head down. Very unsure of himself. If you say, "no" to him even in a lighter tone, he may start peeing out of fear. Once he's in fear mode he'll bite whoever might try to pet him, except for my wife and I. He's bitten the owner of our home (we live in a basement apt.), my brother, our friend Iana, her husband, and counting. It comes without warning. Then he flees behind my wife or me scared to death.
I was doing exercise that involved kicking and he came to me starting to bite at my legs which led me to think he was kicked by this guy. He's afraid of all sounds, blender, vacuum, even the vibrating of my phone. He'll bark at it even well after the sound is off.
Next, he's always had other dogs around him (we've only had him 3 weeks). We are on the East Coast and he is from California. I understand that new environment and not having his pack around can make him uneasy. The owner of our house doesn't want us to get another dog. He was never the leader of his pack. Even when my brother and his wife come over with their Lhasa Apso dog, Pico, who is well balanced, Jack still has shown signs of fear. ie biting my brother after he brought a friend over that freaked him out just because he was a guy. He fears men more readily than women.
Lastly, we left him in his crate today. This is the third time we find poop and pee in his crate when we get home. The owner of the house said she could hear him barking from upstairs for 6 straight hours. We had not walked him yet, but he was fed, and he went outside to pee before we left but he didn't poop.
He is not food motivated. We try to train him to shake, and even with food he never learns. Complete polar opposite of Winston. It's sad and we don't want to give up on him. We walk him every day. A dog that poops in his own bed? That's a new one that my wife or myself have never experienced, coupled with fear biting and non-food motivation.
Please help!
I know this and I don't expect to solve this problem overnight. We can't afford a qualified trainer. I'm in nursing school and my wife graduated with her master's but has not found a job yet. it's tough. I was hoping it would begin to send me in the right direction and if you could offer some advice that would be appreciated
I'd love to but he's only taking submissions from SOCAL and England. it's too bad really. today we took him to the dog park. he was really good with all dogs out there with tail up, but with humans not so much... day by day I guess. We met a professional trainer who told us a few tips but we can't afford him on a long term basis. Day by day...-
ANSWER:
You can't learn to fix your dog from a half hour EDITED tv show.It is also impossible and dangerous for anyone to give advice on how to deal with aggression online. The dog needs to be observed to understand what exactly is going on.
Consult a qualified trainer.

QUESTION:
Is there any incorrect info. here? Its my research paper. Hows it sound?
please help, im pretty sure all info is corect.September 11th Conspiracy Theories
Most people believe that on September 11 2001, Middle Eastern terrorists attacked America’s very freedom, while others believe that it was a day of deception, betrayal, and treason by the American government. In a survey of 1100 Americans, an exceptional 36% people believe in this cabal (Scripps NP). It is reputed, by believers that federal officials either participated in the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon or took no action to stop them "because they wanted the United States to go to war in the Middle East." It is also speculated that 16 percent of Americans believe that the fall of the World Trade Centers ( including WTC 7) were caused by the aid of secretly planted explosives in the buildings, not burning passenger jets.
In over 100 years, fires have never caused the collapse of steel- framed buildings. In only one day, three steel- framed buildings collapsed. FEMA's Building Performance Assessment Team (BPAT) blamed the collapse of World Trade Center 7 on fires, but admitted to being clueless on as to how the fires had actually caused the collapse (WTC7.net NP). The implosions of any other building could closely be related to collapse of WTC 7. The debris was located around the center axis of the former building. The size of the pile from the 47- story building was no more than two stories high. Also, the pile was almost entirely within the footprint of the former building.
How could WTC 7 possibly fall from raging fires, when in 1991, One Meridian Plaza, Philadelphia, (another common steel- structured building) had burned for 18 hours and only lost eight of the 38 floors? Many reasons could have led to the supposed controlled demolition of WTC 7. The motive argued is that there was a secret command bunker in building seven from where the attacks were coordinated, so it had to be demolished to hide the evidence. The Secret Service, CIA, and the Pentagon all had offices there and there was a New York City command center there on the 23rd floor, which was closed for civil emergencies.
Beside the occurrences at World Trade Center 7, it was also seen that WTC 1 & 2 could have been controlled demolitions as well. When the North and South towers fell, they seemed to fall straight down, popping out each floor one by one, almost as if explosives were being used. In the case of a controlled demolition, miniature explosions, generally called squibs, happen about every ten stories. Squibs were commonly seen. Another interesting incident was firefighters and police officers even proposed explosives could have brought down the buildings.
According to a seismic report the Flight 93 in Shanksville, PA was recorded to have crashed at 10:06 am, but the 9/11 Commission reported the crash at 10:03 am. Police Officers stated that debris was scattered on a trail of up to 6 – 8 miles. Some think that it was possible that in the 3-minute difference the plane was shot down.
A Boeing 757 is 155 ft. long, 44ft. high, and has 124 ft. wingspan, weighing at almost 100 tons. At its narrowest point, the hole in the wall of the Pentagon measures 18 – 20 ft. wide. Conspiracy theorists wonder how a plane of that size made a hole so small and left no outside wreckage to walls. It is argued that a pilotless drone, 1/3 the size of the average Boeing 757 could have crashed into the Pentagon. All windows surrounding the hole were still intact: books, desks, and chairs had no burn marks. Normally the estimated 5300 gallons of fuel in the plane would have smoldered for days with devastating black smoke, burning all surrounding objects. The Freedom of Information Act required that the CCTV time-lapse video be released to the public; the FBI confiscated all other videos immediately. The Sheraton National Hotel has a rooftop camera; hotel employees watched the video in awe several times before the FBI confiscated it for “investigation.” the film has never been released. The Virginia Department of Transportation has cameras that would have filmed the aircraft as it flew over Route 27; again, the films have never been released. As the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense has every inside and outside inch of the Pentagon is under constant video surveillance, yet the FBI refused to say if any other videos were recorded.
The FBI claimed that Hani Hanjour was the responsible hijacker for flight 77, piloting and crashing it into the Pentagon. Although Hanjour had taken four months of flight school in Arizona, he was denied the request to rent a plane in August of 2001, for not completing his coursework at school and for failing the three required tests to rent a plane. It was obvious Hani Hanjour was not a skillful flyer.
…It is doubtful that the best-trained fighter pilots could have executed the maneuver that supposedly crashed a 757 into the Pentagon. It required making a tight 320-degree turn while descending-

(sharpness). The larger the number of TV lines, the better the resolution and hence, overall picture quality. Standard resolution camera may have 350-380 lines, over 400 TV Lines is generally considered good resolution while over 500 TV lines is considered high resolution. B/W chip cameras produce greater resolution and better light sensitivity, therefore suitable for use in dark areas where light conditions are poor most of the time.
lenses enable this camera, to monitor objects from virtually any distance. Although for indoor use, they can be used for outdoor when combined with weatherproof housing. They are considered to be the most flexible and widely used by professionals for commercial installations.
Great advantage of bullet camera is the small size and integrated design, some bullet cameras will even have infrared LED future built-in. simply LED light in infrared spectrum (not visible to human eye). This light will illuminate viewing area, making possible monitoring in complete darkness. This is great future, but it only works up to certain distance (usually between 10 and 50 ft. depending on model) Vary simple to install and estheticly designed, bullet cameras are great choice for residential and do-it-yourself installations where monitoring objects are within about 25ft from the camera location (with standard 3.6mm lens).
Most Bullet cameras in comparison, do not offer high resolution and lens selection flexibility, but are likely to be weatherproof, some will have infrared light built-in and most of all they are relatively easy to implement. They usually come with 3.6mm lens witch are considered to be suitable for most standard installations (good for covering small to medium size room or equivalent).
Spy Cameras. Many are basically board ones with built-in transmitter. We are not going to go into wireless cameras right now, as this would be enough material for completely new article.
protection. They should always be selected based on the location of the camera (inside/outside), distance from the monitoring object, light condition and budget.
